Blues tickets on sale this Saturday
With just a little over a month remaining before the start of the 2013-14 season, the Blues are releasing ticket options for the new campaign.
The club has already placed full and half-season tickets, as well as 12-game packs on sale. Single-game tickets will be made available to the public on Saturday, Aug. 24.
Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday morning at the Ford Box Office, which is located inside Scottrade Center. Tickets will also be made available via Ticketmaster outlets at that time.
According to the Blues, tickets for Oct. 3 (home opener against Nashville), Oct. 9 (against Chicago), Dec. 28 (against Chicago), and Apr. 13 (final home game of the regular season) will not be available for purchase on Saturday. Those games are currently available via full-season, half-season, or 12-game plans.
As they have done in years past, the Blues have divided home games into three categories: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Tickets for games in the Gold category are more expensive and include the Oct. 3 home opener against Nashville, when made available for purchase, as well as all games against the Chicago Blackhawks.
The Blues' schedule is a bit different this year, and fans will have a chance to see every team at Scottrade Center at least once this season. A good chunk of the Blues' 41 home games fall into the Silver category, which is cheaper than Gold, but more expensive than Bronze.
