The Blues arrived back in St. Louis in the early hours of Monday. The club, coming off of a three-game, eight-day road trip that included a stop in Palm Springs for a team-bonding experience, did not practice on Monday, but did, however, make a roster move.

Defenseman Petteri Lindbohm, who was recalled from the American Hockey League on Saturday, was re-assigned to the Chicago Wolves, the club announced Monday morning.

Lindbohm, who was the Blues’ 2012 sixth-round draft pick, made his NHL debut on Sunday against Anaheim in the second of back-to-back games for the club. The 21-year-old played just over 14 minutes, tallying a minus-1 rating and four shots on goal, which was tied with Vladimir Tarasenko for team-most. Overall, the young defenseman appeared to be composed in his first big assignment.

Jordan Leopold, whose spot Lindbohm took on Sunday, was a healthy scratch for the first time this season.

The Blues have three days off before their next matchup against the Vancouver Canucks. The team is hopeful that Carl Gunnarsson will be ready to suit up for that game, however, there has no indication either way.

The defenseman, who is recovering from offseason hip surgery, did not play on the recent road trip after being medically cleared to participate in all activities last Monday.
