With the NHL’s regular season only just ending, hockey fans
in St. Louis won’t have to wait long before diving back into the hockey scene.
The Blues will supply a fix for fans’ cravings with their
annual summer prospects camp, which will take place at the IceZone inside the St.
Louis Outlet Mall in early July.
The camp will be held from July 6-9. The prospects attending
the camp will participate in a practice at 2 p.m., followed by a 4-on-4
scrimmage at 3:15 p.m. on each of those days. Each session is free and open to
the public.
Several high-profile prospects will be in attendance at the
camp, including first round draft picks Robby Fabbri (2014) and Jordan Schmaltz
(2012), as well as second round picks Ivan Barbashev (2014) and Thomas Vannelli
(2013).
The camp roster will also include several players from this
year’s draft, which takes place this weekend in Florida.
